is located in the heart of St. Ives, on the Wharf in the harbour area.
About Us
We specialise in letting high quality self-catering accommodation in St. Ives, Carbis Bay and the surrounding area. We have an enviable reputation for high standards, personal service and attention to detail. Our holiday coordinators are fully conversant with all our properties and are on hand to offer advice and assistance.
For the added convenience of our visitors to St. Ives we have two Reception office's, one in St. Nicholas' Court, and one in Carbis Bay, where visitors will be directed to either location, dependent on the property they have booked. We try extremely hard to ensure all our visitors, both regular and new, enjoy their stay and we are on hand should any problems occur.
Each property are fully equipped for the numbers stated on the description. Most of our properties have a microwave and many have showers.

This superb modern block of apartments, maisonettes and penthouses are linked by a two-level internal courtyard laid out with shrubs and tropical plants. It is located in the old conservation area of St. Ives overlooking the impressive Porthmeor beach, close to the harbour and within walking distance of the shops.
PARKING
A parking space or garage is quite a rarity in St. Ives and where parking or a garage is available, it will be detailed in the description. There are several Council run and privately owned car parks in St. Ives.
OFF PEAK BOOKINGS
If you are thinking of staying with us 'out of season' and you suffer from Asthma or any similar condition please discuss the property's suitability with a member of staff. St. Ives of course is surrounded by sea and climatic conditions can create some dampness. All property's have some form of heating but the older cottages generally do not have central heating. If you choose a cottage or older property please remember that part of its charm is due to the age of the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately due to fire and insurance regulations, we are not able to leave heating on prior to your arrival unless the property has storage heaters, and you are prepared to meet any extra electricity
charges.
ELECTRICITY/GAS/TELEPHONE SERVICES
Unless included in the rental price, as stated in the property description, the charges for the above will be by: Coin Meter or by taking meter readings. Where a property does not have a coin meter, the meters will be read prior to your arrival and departure, calculated and the amount used will be deducted from your "deposit against breakages".
