If you enjoy exploring beaches, strolling on cliff walks, discovering museums and art galleries
(as well as eating ice cream, fudge, and pasties !) or just relaxing with a pie and a pint on the harbour front, then this is the place for you !
(not forgetting staying in a 200 year old Cornish fisherman's cottage as well !) Full weeks are from Sat to Sat, and start from
£295 low season to £675 peak season.

Sleeping up to 6. Traditional character Fisherman's cottage (circa 1805). One minute walk to the harbour beach.
Choice of several other beaches within 4/5 minutes walk. Fitted to a very high standard.
All bed linen, gas and electricity included. Traffic free location, regret, no smoking or pets.

Cockleshell Cottage is a very well presented Traditional Fisherman's 3 bedroom, 4 storey character cottage situated in the Downalong area -- heart of the picturesque harbour town of St Ives.
Victoria Road is a very quiet little pedestrian road of 6 terraced houses just off the harbour front and is ideally located close to the town and all amenities, Tate Gallery, harbour and surrounding glorious sandy beaches.
Cockleshell Cottage is comprised of:
Ground Floor -- well equipped kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, microwave,
washer/dryer machine and gas combi boiler for water/central heating. There is a small dining area. The bathroom includes a
power shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
First Floor -- from the kitchen, there are stairs leading to a cosy open lounge with exposed granite fireplace and
wood burner. There are stripped wood features, feature doors, TV and video. The front door is accessed through a
porch, which is a joining the lounge.
Second Floor -- leading from the lounge are stairs to a pine furnished double bedroom and a twin bedroom with full size bunks.
Third Floor -- lovely feature attic room with sea views, equipped with twin beds.
Outside to the front of Cockleshell Cottage, is a small private courtyard area, complete with patio table + 2 chairs, whilst to the rear, there is a shared communal courtyard area.
