Of the eighteen bedrooms those
in the original house are in character with the traditional granite house,
whereas those in the sea facing lower ground floor wing are in more modern
style. Some rooms are enhanced by four-poster or half-tester beds and spa
baths. There are three rooms on the ground floor with level access to all
public rooms and suitable for people with mobility difficulties. One of
these rooms has been designed with a whellchair user in mind. The cottage
annex has two en suite rooms and is located in the grounds of the hotel on
the seaward side. All rooms have private bathroom, direct-dial telephone,
baby monitoring, remote control television and beverage making facilities.

showers, please request preference for a shower if required.
All rooms have colour TV, direct dial telephones, beverage making
facilities, radio clockradio/alarms & baby monitoring facility.
The leisure centre is run as a members club of which Hotel residents
are automatically members. The INDOOR POOL, SAUNA &
CARDUIVASCULAR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT ARE COMPLIMENTARY. Solarium £2.80
per session. From 7.00pm onwards, the leisure centre is reserved for
adults only.
DOGS at a daily rate of £3.50 (excl.
food) - May be accommodated by prior arrangement only and are not
allowed in any public rooms. For the benefit of guests with
allergies certain bedrooms are canine free.
RESERVATIONS - Offers of
accommodation are made according to availability at the time of
writing or telephone conversation. Firm reservations are accepted
and confirmed on receipt of an ADVANCE RESERVATION FEE of £50.00
per person for each week or PART OF A WEEK'S RESERVATION, which will
be credited to the guests account on departure.
Child Tariff The following reductions will be made for children sharing
accommodation with 2 adults, based on the above per person tariff.
Child discount on bed & breakfast terms: Cot 95% child up to 8 years

No reductions can be made for children occupying separate rooms.
Dinner reduction based on the Table d'hote menu: up to 8 years 60% 9 to 12

The leisure centre has a children's menu available as required during
hours of opening with children and may be charged to room account as
required.

RESERVATION FEES & SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS - Switch, Delta, Connect
(bank payment cards) & all major credit cards are accepted. Personal
cheques are accepted if supported by a cheque guarantee card for the
amount stated on the card or cheques without bankers cards presented 4
banking days prior to departure. Building society cheques. Advance cheque
payments do not require Cheque guarantee card.
